Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however if you wish to return your order, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. To arrange a return, please contact us via email at sales@onemall.co.uk advising you wish to return your order. If your order is damaged or faulty we will provide a free exchange or replacement parts. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your order for a full refund before dispatch, you may do so by emailing sales@onemall.co.uk. If your order has been dispatched the order cannot be cancelled, however the order can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. To return your order for a full refund, please email sales@onemall.co.uk. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted order.
